25/7 Knaus Campingpark in Nuremberg. Not bad at all, but expensive. There is a Gasthaus and a minishop. Nice sanitaryblocks.
26/7 Our street at Camping Steiner south of Bolzano. This one is not cheap, but here is a pool you can use for free.. Nice sanitaryblocks. And there is a restaurant and shop near the site.
The mountain behind the camping.
27/7 On our way to Ferrara we saw this castle.
Now we are near where Stenmark was great, like Madonna di Campiglio or Cortina
The serviceblock at the camping in Ferrara. Simple but clean showers.
28/7 The wall that surrounds Ferrara.
Now we have arrived at Parco Nord.
30/7 On a city tour without a guide. Bologna.
Neptun on the main square
The square from the church.
Beside the merchants house you can see this balcony (from the 17th century).
The leaning tower, leans with 3 metres.
The other tower is 97 metres high (the one that is not leaning).
Modena isn't far from Bologna, so there have to be Ferraris at the opening ceremony.
2/8 Venice from the water.
Piazzetta San Marco. The small square. With the Doge palace and the church.
One way in to S:t Marcs church. We hade really never thought of that Marc here is the evangilist, he's burried here (so they say).
The court yard (the Doge palace). The domes in the background belongs to the church.
The bridge of Sighs from the back.
This used to be the entrance to the palace, now it is the exit.
A leaning tower here too! But this is perhaps a belltower.
"The promenade".
Now we are on our way back to the Tronchettan (the bus station). From right to left (with 7 windows) the Doge palace, S:t Marc church, a belltower under reparation (behind the Eifeltower), the belltower, the library and the mint.
A typical photo of Venice, don't you think?
4/8 Now we have left the rally and are on our way home eventually. Pretty.
If all petrol stations where located like this we would never get anywhere! Breath taking.
Caravanpark Camping Vesima. The worst of worst on this holiday. It is not only a very tight place but also very expensive €35,-/day incl el. but not warm water showers. Carpark outside, but inside a fence.
This is apparently a standard awning for those that don't go anywhere. Check the distance!
5/8 Vercors in Drôme
The church is from the 13th century, in St Nazaire-en-Royans.
The old town in St N. Just kidding. Everything looks like this. There is no modern part.
The roundabout in the middle of town. In the background the aqueduct which is their pride. Built in 1820.
In the citypark with a view over Isère.
7/8 On excursion to Jardin des Fontaines Pétrifiantes (petrifying waterfalls). La Sône.
There is a lot to see and hear. This must be some sort of water organ.
This is a petrifying waterfall.
Nice!
There are flowers and plants from all over the world.
Now we are in another garden, Jardin Ferroviaire.
Tutut!
It is some kilometres of rails.
If you want to come to this camping in St Nazaire-en-Royans, don't obey this sign! It points to the left all to soon. It should point more straight forward. If you follow the sign you'll end up in a school yard (if the gates ar open)!
Nice and green and big pitches.
Here we are with the antenna up! That's no use. Our TV doesn't work in France at all.
The fountain in the square in front of the church in St Jean-en-Royans. You can (if you want to) go between several towns in the neighborhood that is named 'en-Royans'.
10/8 Campinplatz Nehren has a motto:

Hier bin ich Mensch, hier darf ich's sein.

And we agree!

Down there in the fog is Nehren. We are up in Römerberg.
We were up there.
13/8 Sommerfest in Nehren. Der Alte stadsmusikanten from Wolf.
Even the personell entertained us. The warden is the man on the right, slightly masked.
18/8 Here we are in Sweden and can only say that it is beautful in Blekinge as well.
19/8 In Blomstergården, Göljahult (Eringsboda) has Verner made a very nice garden.
This is the castle of the Sleeping Beauty.
Verner's house.
This bull (to the left) was outside of Blomstergården together with a friend (not the one on the right).
Getingaryds Camping north of Gränna. This was really a nice place.
20/8 The sun hasn't come over the mountain yet. The time is 8 in the morning and behind the trees is lake Vättern.
